Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for Full and Open for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26223Q1464 The Department of Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System has a requirement for Total Parenteral Nutrition. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Long Beach Healthcare System located in 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Shipping included in cost. Remanufactures or gray market items/ supplies will not be acceptable. Interested parties of RFI/RFQ must be an authorized and licensed drug distributor. Verification can be provided by an authorization letter and via Verify Wholesale Drug Distributor Licenses | FDA. Medication shall be in accordance with the manufacturer s terms and conditions. No exceptions. Must be a manufacturer authorized distributor. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325412, Size Standard 1,300 Employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award.
