Description

The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a 1-year License Subscription.� The license subscription is for access to Janes Group US LLC�s digital platform, its content, subject matter, and materials.� The Solicitation is posted on SAM.gov on Notice# W911SD23R0191.� All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on Page 3 of the Solicitation / RFQ document (SF1449) (see attached).� � � � �The NAICS Code Qualifier is 519290; SBA Size is 1000 employees. All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers.� We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote.� The following documents must be submitted with your bids:� �� a.� SF1449 (completed & signed as specifically instructed below) b.��Company Quote (see NOTE 1�below) 1 copy of the SF1449 is attached for your use (PDF).� It must be completed as follows� PAGE 1:� Block 30a, b, & c� (must be signed / dated; will not accept w/o it) - -�NOTE:� Digital Card signature acceptable.��� PAGE 3: �The Unit Price -and- Amount Total� PAGE 5: �Clause# 52.204-8 (SCROLL DOWN to PAGE 6 and check the slot that says��Paragraph (d) applies�.� NOTE:� Do NOT fill anything else on the SF1449 if you�checked it.� It means your company is registered in SAM.gov.� ���� NOTE 1:� You may submit your own company quote.� However, it has to be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions).. NOTE 2:��Any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized supplier of Janes Group US LLC.� If you are an authorized supplier of Janes Group US LLC, you must submit written proof from Janes that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products and services as well as provide access to their digital platform and its contents on Janes behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *).� All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:� 1.� Full Company Name and Address 2.� SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3.� CAGE Code 4.� TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�) 5.� NAICS Code (must be NAICS 519290 to qualify) 6.� Business Size (must be Small to qualify) 7.� Company POC, Email, Phone# 8.� Proof (no exceptions) - -� � � �a.� Authorization letter from Janes US Group LLC that says you are authorized to supply / sell / provide access to their digital platform, its contents, and materials on Jane�s behalf.� All final responses, quotes, and attachments must be sent to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@army.mil by NLT the close-out date of 07/27/23 (Thursday) @ 12:00 PM (EST).
