This request for quotes is listed as a tiered evaluation, with SDVSOBs evaluated first, followed by VSOBS and Small Business concerns. Subject for avail of FY23 funds The Contractor shall furnish (F.O.B. Destination within consignee�s premises) all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items / services necessary and incident to the provision NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE (TRASH) COLLECTION & REMOVAL SERVICES at the West Virginia National Cemetery,42 Veterans Memorial Lane, Grafton, West Virginia 26354. Services shall be provided on an �as needed / as requested� basis. Requirement includes providing 20-30 CY Dumpster. This request for quotes is listed as a tiered evaluation, with SDVSOBs evaluated first, followed by VSOBS and Small Business concerns if adequate responses are not received in the previous tier.
