Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - This training will enable the WYARNG to provide 3Rs training to the junior leaders of the WYARNG in order to increase readiness, resilience in our Soldiers. The priority area for the Peer Influencer program is to train SM in primary prevention stopping violence before it starts; sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, and self harm included.
