The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to issue a contract to acquire and deliver to FEMA 3 Small Inflatable Radio Frequency (RF)/ Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)- Shielded Tents Enclosure Kits along with a 3-year warranty. The contract is anticipated to be issued for the below items number and description: Item: 3.5� W x 5� L x 7� TFBS Ultra-Light Portable High-Performance RF Shielded Enclosure System Model/PN:�TFBS-030507-L-00-SYS Quantity:�3 Item: Extended 3-Year Extended Warranty (1+3 years) Model/PN:�DO-TF-3YW-004-357 Quantity:�3 Deliverable items are FOB Destination. Delivery Schedule: 60 days after award. Delivery address is below � Federal Emergency Management Agency 19844 Blueridge Mountain Road Mt. Weather, VA� 20135 This solicitation will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290 (Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 800 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government anticipates soliciting and negotiating with only Intech Defense, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that, if received in a timely manner, will be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available no earlier than the response date for this synopsis. �
