Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Atlantic requires eighteen (18) replacement Cathelco TZX27/Wilson Walton NOAA-CU-16425 or equivalent anodes and 2 TZX29 Cathelco TZX29/Wilson Walton NOAA-FE-16425 or equivalent anodes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2120-23-01563 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� Procure replacement copper anodes for PISCES hull. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the brand name or equal items per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 11/30/2023 to: NOAA Ship Pisces, Gulf Marine Support Facility, Attn: Stephen Spindler, 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� Please see attached Terms and Conditions for specific evaluation criteria.
