This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached justification (JOTFOC). The total estimated value is less than $250,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price award. Award will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method.
