Description: The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to determine the available sources under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program capable of delivering content library vendor and licenses for the GSA Online University (OLU), as well as procure vendor support and consultation with software implementation, marketing, use, management, and the acquisition of user/employee data.
