Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to El Carwash for vehicle cleaning services from Fort Pierce to Key West. This requirement is for the Miami Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
