- SERO IEV AUGMENTED REALITY EXPERIENCES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant contract will be awarded using negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541511, custom computer programming services and size standard is $34M. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf has a requirement is to develop augmented reality experiences for four of America�s most iconic Civil Rights sites. These include: Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail (SEMO), Freedom Riders National Monument (FRRI), Birmingham Civil Rights National Monument (BICR). The goal of this project is to enhance visitor engagement and enjoyment at the important Civil Rights sites protected and preserved by the National Park Service with jaw-dropping interactive digital experiences utilizing hand-held phones or tablets. These experiences will help visitors learn about the important people who fought for, and successfully achieved, constitutional protections of American Civil Rights. These immersive experiences should help visitors connect the relevance of the historic Civil Rights Movement to their own lives and events of today. The project should also increase accessibility to Civil Rights sites by offering new ways for visitors to access the sites in-person, or from home, regardless of time of day. This access will assist individuals as well as groups exploring Civil Rights. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5123Q0052. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541511 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
