- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions on a Sole Source basis to Rotating Precision Mechanisms, Inc. (RPM) for delivery, inspection, and repair of ULM-4 EWTS Antenna Rotating System and associated subcomponents as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).� This requirement constitutes a Sole Source award in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii): Only one responsible source and no other type of supply of services will satisfy agency requirements.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
