Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of 2 This notice is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office NCO2 is currently conducting a market survey to locate qualified Veteran owned businesses (SDVOSB/ VOSB) available for fulfillment of a brand name or equal requirement for Recumbent Cross Trainers. No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement. Items listed in this requirement; ITEM # PRODUCT DESCRIPTION QTY 68194 NuStep, T6 Max Recumbent Cross Trainer Description: A recumbent, adjustable, dual-screen console with touchscreen display and swivel seat supporting users up to 600 lbs. The recumbent cross trainer must meet the following specifications and have the following operating features: Must include a lap belt and a torso belt Shall have at least a 22 wide seat Shall have adjustable arms with at least 40 degrees of grip rotation Shall have a dual-screen console with touchscreen display Shall have a 360-degree swivel seat that supports users up to 600lbs Must have a sow step-through design Shall have a medical grade 24V DC power supply Shall have a quick start features with selectable programs 2 Interested vendors shall be able to provide a manufacturer s warranty, service manuals that include theory of operation, maintenance requirements, repair information, schematics, part lists and troubleshooting information in electronic format for use by the VA HTM Department, and Free on Board (FOB) delivery to Toms River, New Jersey. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920, with a size standard of 750 employees. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Vet Owned sources relative to NAICS code 339920. Those capable of fulfilling this requirement shall be a verified SDVOSB or VOSB (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)), an authorized distributor and submit a statement regarding their capability inclusive of the companies Unique Entity Identifier ( http://www.sam.gov). The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels. All Vendors shall be authorized vendors and provide proof to that extent. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to lindsay.goldsmith@va.gov and must be received not later than Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 12:00 PM. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
