Description
Bomb Release Unit (BRU)-57A, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), Micro Control Assembly (MCA), Power Supply Assembly (PSA), Power Supply Assembly (PSA), High Bandwidth Assembly (HBA), Bus Buffer Assembly (BBA)� Services required to perform repair for the BRU-57/A Smart Rack and its internal components. These services include functional testing, inspection, or repair actions required to ensure the BRU-57/A and its internal components are in serviceable condition. The Contractor shall fault isolate, repair and test unserviceable assets. The Contractor shall track and resolve items affected by Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs), perform depot level repair, functional testing, inspection, and packaging. A repair is successful if the item is in a serviceable condition and efficiently serves its intended purpose. The period of performance (PoP) shall consist of a basic one-year period after contract award plus four one-year ordering periods. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements type for all ordering periods. Testing, inspection, and repairs shall be completed in accordance with turn-around times (TATs) reflected in para: 4.3.11. The Contractor shall comply with the quality levels of repair necessary to return assets in serviceable condition. At the conclusion of depot repair, an Inspection/Test Report shall be submitted. The contractor shall also provide prompt and correct Data reporting of Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) system for NSNs listed after contract award date. Maintain current BRU-57/A inventory in condition to meet operational requirements for F-16C/D aircraft.
