- Description
- AMENDMENT A0001 to SF330 36C24123R0143 Question 1: Reference Solicitation Section F.1.b; Is the intent to provide 2-3 pages long section E resumes for each supervisory team member? Answer 1: (a) The intent behind the number of resume pages pertains to limitations for how long each resume should be for all of the proposed non-key personnel; therefore, resumes for Non-key personnel should not exceed 3 pages. (b) Regarding Section E within the SF330 Form itself: Section E within the SF330 Form is specifically designed for providing resume/qualification information for all proposed Key Personnel; therefore Key Personnel resumes (to include the Section E page of the SF330 Form) should not exceed 3 pages (i.e., Firm s can use continuation pages if more space is needed beyond the space provided under Section E of the SF330 Form itself not to exceed 3 pages altogether). Question 2: The SOW (Section 2. Project Scope of Work) references a previous elevator inspection report. Is that report available for review? Answer 2: Yes, see attached report. Note that attached report is only for reference. Question 3: The list of required disciplines in the Solicitation and the SOW list Specialty Work, is there a particular role/specialty focus in mind? Answer 3: Both responses below (a and b) pertain to Section G.1.a., of the SF330 notice. Besides the Vertical Transportation Specialist discipline, if Firm has a discipline that is named differently or that is interchangeable with disciplines under Section G.1.a; and if performing dual duties, then Firm must clearly describe differences and identify all personnel who will perform dual duties under the contract. In addition to disciplines described under Section G.1.a., of the SF330 notice, Firm s may also propose disciplines that they believe may be required to successfully perform work under this project. The primary intent of the Specialty Work discipline is for hazardous material work. Also refer back to (a) above for intent behind Specialty Work discipline. As an example, the work that will be performed by the Vertical Transportation Specialist is an example of Specialty Work. Question 4: On page 4 of the solicitation, it states to, Provide brief (2-3 pages) resumes describing professional qualifications of the Firm s proposed team members, who will specifically serve as Supervisors, Project Managers, Designers of Record, or frequent subcontractor(s) who will perform technical tasks associated with this Project. In the standard SF330 form, section E resumes are limited to one page with 5 relevant projects. Please clarify if the intent is to provide the standard SF330 section E resume on one or multiple pages. Answer 4: (a) The intent behind the number of resume pages pertains to limitations for how long each resume should be for all of the proposed non-key personnel; therefore, resumes for Non-key personnel should not exceed 3 pages.
