- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to clarifying questions, extend the solicitation closing date and update the performance work statement. The Minnesota National Guard has a requirement for fitness equipment installation services at the Camp Ripley Training Center, address found in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This procurement is for the 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement will result in a one time award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This announcement is being issued as a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Proposal package must be in a PDF and Excel Work Book formats. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2023-02. Proposal package is to be sent via email to the Contract Specialist, Ethan Prochnow, at ethan.l.prochnow.mil@army.mil Any and all technical questions or clarifications will need to be submitted no later than 4 days prior to close date of 28 June 2023 via email to the Contract Specialist, Ethan Prochnow, at ethan.l.prochnow.mil@army.mil Attachment #1: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Full Solicitation details to include the: Notice To Offeror, Statement, Evaluation Criteria, Provisions and Clauses, and all other relevant details.
