- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart�12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z045-23-Q-KODI0066 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $17,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Commercial Products and Commercial Services clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-08 Effective: 10/28/2022 WD# 2015-5687 �rev 19 26DEC2022 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. ***** REQUIREMENT***** USCG ESD VALDEZ, ALASKA Contractor to provide all labor, materials, replacement panel and qualified personnel to replace existing Fenwal 6000 releasing panel with current direct replacement model Kidde Aries SLX releasing panel for server room only. No replacement of field devices. Test inputs devices and outputs to connected equipment. Present inspection report upon completion in accordance with the attached statement of work. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
