Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, intends to award a sole source contract with Alliance Calibration Group, LLC for Full Maintenance Services on the government owned Bio-Safety Cabinet/ Fume Hoods. Alliance Calibration Group, LLC has proprietary rights for all maintenance service, parts and repairs with the existing government owned Bio-safety Cabinet/Fume Hoods currently located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX. The sole source contract will have a period of performance is 1 Oct 2023 � 30 Sept 2024 plus four option years. The NAICS code 811210, size standard is $34M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0128 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
