- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR THE MTE TOOL CALIBRATION PROJECT The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition Management Division, Provo Area Office in collaboration with the Eastern Colorado Office, issues this Sources Sought for the Eastern Colorado Area Office, Mt. Elbert Powerplant Tool Calibration Project. This notice is for the purpose of determining potential offerors, capability, and small business status to support the project. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTE, OR AN INVITATION FOR BIDS This Sources Sought does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the Sources Sought notice. The information obtained may be used for the future solicitation and all interested parties must respond to future solicitation announcement separately. PRINCIPAL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT: The following is an example of the tools/equipment requiring calibration many of which need to be done onsite to reduce the impact of an interruption in operations: See attached Inventory List. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA): The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, Small Business Size Standard $19 Million REQUESTED INFORMATION & RESPONSE: 1. Name, mailing address, phone number and email of designated point of contact. 2. Business Website address. 3. Information regarding business size and/or socioeconomic designation. 4. Capability to perform the work mostly onsite as identified above. Responses shall be submitted no later than Wednesday July 5, 2023 by 2pm MDT. Responses shall be submitted via electronic mail only to Carlos Quiles at cquiles@usbr.gov Proprietary information, if any, should be minimal and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED.
