The Government of C�te d�Ivoire and the United States of America Government acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) have signed on November 7th, 2017, in Washington DC, the Grant Agreement for C�te d�Ivoire �s Compact Program in the amount of US$ 524.74 million for the financing of two projects: The Abidjan Transport Project (ATP) and the Skills for Employability and Productivity Project (Skills Project). This agreement, for the benefit of the Ivorian populations came into effect on August 05, 2019. MCA-C�te d�Ivoire intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract associated with this Invitation for Bids. Any payments made by the Employer under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. No party other than the Government and the Employer shall derive any rights from the Compact or have any claim to the proceeds of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov (http://www.mcc.gov ) and on the website of MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d�Ivoire, through the Millennium Challenge Account-C�te d�Ivoire, is inviting all interested bidders (individual companies and/or joint venture companies) to submit bids for the conclusion of a Framework Contract for the renewal of MCA-C�te d�Ivoire�s Computer equipments. This RFQ is open to qualified national or international individual firms wishing to participate in the MCA-Cote d�Ivoire�s activities. 5. A firm will be selected under the shopping selection method, in accordance with �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� (P.1.B.3.10) which is provided on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov/ppg). 6. Firms should express their interest by filling in the Registration Form available must register by filling the registration form available at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/WTJjHgiVL2. The email addresses provided in the registration form will be used for subsequent communications on the bidding documents including, clarifications and Addenda. Interested firms are invited to submit their offer, no later than July 05th, 2023, at 03:00 pm UTC.
