Description
This Special Notice is to provide draft answers and updates to the draft documents for the upcoming Fuels MATOC RFP. These documents are subject to change pending internal reviews and approvals. Pease note that this special notice is being listed under the original draft RFP number; however, it has become necessary to change the number for the RFP internally. After this post, the RFP number will change to FA8903-23-R-0086. While we are not speficially requesting additional questions at this time, we welcome important feedback that should be considered prior to formal RFP release. The Q&A and revised draft documents provide additional information about the escalation process for labor rates and a link to the website used to obtain escalation rates. Please indicate if you have any concerns about that process. The current pricing strategy would involve providing the fringe, overhead, and G&A rates as well as the burdened labor rate in the proposal. Will this cause a significant amount of additional work for proposal or are these rates already calculated? Is there any concern about providing the build up to the burdened labor rate with the proposal? Lastly, If additional labor categories were included in the RFP for OCONUS field personnel, should this be one OCONUS rate per labor category or should it be seperated into region/ country? Any questions or concerns about this posting can be directed to the PCO, Melissa Hayhurst @ melissa.hayhurst@us.af.mil or 772ess.fuels.matoc@us.af.mil.
