Description

52.215-3 � Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes. This is a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with FAR 52.215-3. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal Costs of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The contractor should be able to perform services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a request for information only and is not a solicitation for offers. This notice is issued for market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or commitment to issue a RFP;however, the Government reserve the right to issue a solicitation based upon its need and the results obtained from this RFI. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with the information provided in responses to this RFI. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be made. Submittals will not be returned to the sender. The level of security clearance in this requirement is Top Secret. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be part of this effort. If so, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data and present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation to Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government�s acquisition approach. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package which explicitly demonstrates capabilities and expertise related to this effort. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the state requirements. Interested parties will clearly explain how they intend to meet the stated requirements. Your statement of capabilities should include the following: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone Number; E-mail Address; CAGE Code; Unique Entity ID; Web Page URL; and Small Business size certification for this NAICS code, if applicable. Please provide any information on your expected cost and lead time and if your product is on a GSA Schedule. Please submit one (1) PDF formatted copy of your response to carissa.kinney@us.af.mil. Statement should be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (EST) 22 June 2023.
