NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Alan Tye & Associates LC. 9669D Maine Street Fairfax VA, �22031, Cage Code 1U4B7, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� This requirement is for the repair and annual (ALI) Automotive Lift Institute certified saftey inspections of 8 ST-1085 lifts manufacturered by Stertil Koni.� Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. �Responses must be received at the contracting office no later than 02:00 PM EST, June 21 2023.
