Description

GOLF CART STATEMENT OF NEED GENERAL: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) Mental Health and Domiciliary has executed a new lease/build that will consolidate and expand the mental health and domiciliary clinic, 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637, requires golf carts for patient transport. The golf carts will be used for patients/Veteran s transport within the parking lot of Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic. BACKGROUND: The JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic require golf carts for patient transport. PURPOSE: The golf carts for patient transport will be used for patients/Veteran s transport within the parking lot of Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic. SCOPE: JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic requests that contractors provide a brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the need of the government.
