Applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and institutional Building Contractors. C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15 and 19. E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards Management(SAM)with an active registration.
