- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and User Network & Services (UNS) group has a continued need for hardware supplies and services. Personal Computer Lifecycle Management (PCLM) - Managed Services (MS) will be a Task Order (TO) under NASA SEWP V for MS of personal computer (PC) equipment and services. The strategy for PCLM MS is a small business (SB) total set-a-side; which will aid in, the modernization of how the IRS currently procures IT equipment and services. To advance the IRS and modernize technology, PCLM MS will deliver robust configurations and �on-time� technology.
