- MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract under solicitation number M67400-23-Q-0073. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13.106-1(b) to: EIZO RUGGED SOLTIONS INC. 442 Northlake BLVD, STE 1008,� Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 The proposed award is for Software Licenses for Cambridge Pixel Radar Software and Furuno Radar Software for 3rd �Marine Division in Okinawa, Japan. Delivery Date: 17 Jul 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 513210. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must provide a Capability Statement and explanation of their objection to the sole source procurement in writing via e-mail to: Isoko Yonahara at isoko.yonahara.ja@usmc.mil within (3) calendar days from the date of this notice. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to EIZO RUGGED SOLUTIONS INC. All questions concerning this notice must be received within (3) calendar days from the date of this notice.
