Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��Florida City:��Multiple (Broward County) Delineated Area: North - Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869) traveling east on Commercial Blvd. (SR 870) to Florida's Turnpike;� East - Florida�s Turnpike traveling south to SR 736 (Davie Blvd.), then eastward to US 1, then southward until SR 820 (Hollywood Blvd.); South - SR 820 (Hollywood Blvd., turns into Pines Blvd.) traveling westward to US 27; West - US Hwy 27 northward to I-75 (Alligator Alley) and then eastward on I-75 to the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), back to Commercial Blvd. (SR 870). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 6,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 7,600 Space Type: Flex/Warehouse/Vehicle Bay Parking Spaces (Total):��4 Parking Spaces (Surface):��4� Parking Spaces (Structured):��0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 4 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Option Term:��0 Additional Requirements: - 24 hours / 7 days access to leased space - Parking space located adjacent or within 2 blocks of leased space - Climate controlled service bays - 2 or 3 grade-level overhead doors required and a combination of loading dock and drive-in bays may be acceptable as well. - Fenced parking and building preferred� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
