Description: This is a notice of intent, NOT a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will NOT be issued, and quotations will NOT be requested. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to use the procedures of FAR Part 13.501(a) to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to the Association of Government Accountants for the Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR) program.
