THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center is seeking potential sources that can provide, a Large-Capacity Reach-In CO2 Incubator, it is needed to culture large volumes of patient samples for bacterial growth, perform short-term growth studies and work with large volume products for the laboratory team located at Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights. DR, Muskogee, OK, 74401. Description The Large-Capacity Reach-In CO2 Incubator needs to have the following characteristics: Directed horizontal laminar airflow system 820-825 Liter Capacity RH system settings Off Medium High Water fill options Automatic Semi-automatic Manual Selectable temperature, overtemperature, CO2, humidity Audible/visual alarm and alarm silence Remote alarm contacts Data outputs to help meet internal and regulatory documentation requirements Heated triple-pane glass door to minimize condensation Two thru-wall access ports (one on each sidewall) for probes, sensors, power cords Interior and exterior accessory receptacles Stainless-steel interior Heavy-duty, solid stainless-steel shelves Swivel, locking casters Leveling feet CO2 Concentration Range: 0 to 20% TC CO2 Sensor LED Lighting Temperature Range: Ambient +5°C to 50°C NAICS code to be used for this acquisition is 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing / Size standard 800 All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated in Summary of Requirements below should respond, in writing, with the following information: NCO 19 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) Large businesses who can fulfill the requirement.
