This RFI is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary to create the resultant solicitation. This RFI is issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Montana/Dakotas State Office, for the purpose of performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of small businesses under NAICS Code 561730 - LANDSCAPING SERVICES. Background: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a need for 30.82 miles trail maintenance using a mechanized trail dozer. Following heavy work, trails will require raking with a drag or rock rake pulled behind an ATV/UTV to remove all loose rocks and level any dirt berm left by the dozer. Submission requirements: Potential sources are invited to submit a response via e-mail to jalvarez@blm.gov no later than (1:00pm) (MDT) on (26 June 2023).
