- National Park Service (NPS) seeks to lease the following space: State: MN City: Crane Lake Delineated Area: Within 10 miles of the Crane Lake, MN Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3000 Space Type: Office/Store Front/Visitor�s Center Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced, single recurring payment, lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� The U.S. Government (Voyagers National Park) is seeking to lease a commercial space to be used as a visitor�s contact center. The facility must be in a publicly accessible area with public parking available on-site or nearby.� The facility must be accessible 7 days per week. Facility must inclue parking and appropriate hook ups for two (2) RVs
