Description

NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement for continued uninterrupted services in the area of planning, coordination, technical management, execution and surveillance of the activities necessary to assure disciplined configuration management and data management. NASA/MSFC intends to procure continued uninterrupted support on a sole-source basis from Victory Solutions, Inc under MIPSS BPA NNM13AA09Z and associated task order NNM13AA66T under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to benjamin.m.kamp@nasa.gov or artra.c.thompson@nasa.gov no later 3:00pm CST on June 23, 2023. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
