- Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.201, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) on behalf of the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), Enterprise Security Services Division (ESSD) hereby issues this notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Certipath, Inc. for TrustManager software upgrade and maintenance. Please see the attachment.������������������� This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations; however, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to Contract Specialist Myrtle Miller at Myrtle.Miller@hq.dhs.gov and copy Contracting Officer Jennifer J. Corbin at Jennifer.Corbin@hq.dhs.gov no later than�June 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.� No phone calls will be accepted.
