Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Cepheid, 904 Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. The company shall provide XpertCheck Services, 24/7 Telephone Technical Support, and 5 Day (8-5) Onsite Technical Support. The contractor agrees to provided Annual XpertCheck, Callback for Repairs, and a Comprehensive Technical Support Service to the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide the Preventative Maintenance service contract are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within four (4) days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.��
