Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), hereafter referred to as the �VA�, �VAMC�, or the �Government�, is seeking General Contractor firms to provide all construction services for the project Correct Domestic Hot Water Distribution System Deficiencies. The scope of this work entails improvement to the domestic hot water VA Legionella Directive and Latency deficiencies at the Oklahoma VA Medical Facility. Work will follow all Oklahoma VA Infection Control requirements. Site Visit Correct Domestic Hot Water 635-18-108 An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Saturday June 3, 2023, at 9:00 AM (CST) Participants will meet at: Oklahoma City VA Medical Center 921 NE 13th St Oklahoma City, Ok 73104 COVID19 screening: All attendees will be screened for COVID19 at the main entrance upon entry into the building. All attendees are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the facility. Masks will not be provided by the VA. Attendees are advised to arrive early to ensure that they can be screened in a timely manner. The current entrance is: North Entrance facing 16th street at the front of the Hospital. After the COVID19 screening all attendees will be escorted to engineering trailer, where we will have a call with the CO for a briefing.
