SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT M00264-23-SSA-0021 � The Regional Contracting Office � Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region, Quantico, VA is seeking sources for the Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE), Training and Education Command (TECOM), 2652 Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) � Intelligence Data Engineer Program of Instruction (POI) CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region Regional Contracting Office (MCI-NCR RCO) 2010 Henderson Road Quantico, VA 22134 INTRODUCTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to conduct market research and determine the availability and technical capability of all sources� (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE), Training and Education Command (TECOM) is seeking sources for Academic Support Services in support of the 2652 Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) � Intelligence Data Engineer Program of Instruction (POI). This training is to educate Marines in modern methods of data engineering, data science, analytics, and machine / deep learning tools for the conflating, coalescing, and extrapolation of data. Desired Period of Performance: ������� 1 July 2024 � 30 June 2029 Place of Performance: Work shall be performed at the Contractor�s site within a 25 mile radius from Marine Corps Base Quantico. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: � Please see documents: Attachment 1 - DRAFT PWS FOR 2652 Academic Instruction Attachment 2 � Course Training Requirements SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Please see attached documents. SOURCES SOUGHT: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611310 � Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools, with the corresponding size standard of $30.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is U008, Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development. This Sources Sought Synopsis is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from all sources that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code.� If there is a more appropriate NAICS code and PSC (other than what is listed above) for the services described in this notice, please respond with an explanation as to why this code(s) would be a better supported option. To assist RCO-NCR in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or partnering to meet each of the requirements areas contained herein. �This includes responses from qualified and capable Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women-owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and 8(a) companies.� You should provide information on how you would envision your company's areas of expertise and those of any proposed JV/partner would be combined to meet the specific requirements contained in this announcement. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications.� Responses must demonstrate the company�s ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14). � SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses must include: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Type of Business; Cage Code; Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) Vendors who wish to respond to this sources sought should send responses via email NLT 30 June 2023, 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to david.laster@usmc.mil.
