Description

The contractor shall provide the Community College of the Air Force, the Territorium E-Proficiency Profile (EPP), under license byEducation Testing Service (ETS), a comprehensive Online education assessment battery for institutional effectiveness data tomaintain their accreditation in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS), attachment 1. The ETS test battery is proprietary and has been the sole source for CCAF's proficiency testing for the past fourteen years.Territorium now provides the test battery developed and under license by ETS; Territorium, now performs trend analyses bycomparing current results to previous years. Due to the proprietary test battery, another agency could not use historical data fromETS, as they would not have access to the ETS test battery that the data is based on. Description of Services will show what the contractor is responsible for the following items listed below. a. Providing 500 Abbreviated Form Proficiency Profile online exams. b. Provide access to customizable reports. c. Score both online and hardcopy tests. d. Provide aggregated and individual score results within 3 weeks after Territorium receives the last test data. e. Assist CCAF by periodically identifying test locations that have and have not submitted test data to Territorium Period of Performance -�From 01 OCT 2023 - 30 SEP 2026 If your company is capable of providing the service outlined in the PWS.
