Description

The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal anticipates an award of a new follow-on Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price orders may be awarded for BLACK HAWK support services on sole-source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a Lockheed Martin Company (Sikorsky), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT, 06614-1385, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 78286.� This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Support Services Contract is in support of all variants of the H-60 aircraft for the Army, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Other Government Agencies, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The expected period of performance is June 2024 through June 2029. The subject efforts includes but is not limited to engineering services to support all versions and variants of the H-60 helicopters in the functional areas of engineering, prototype manufacture, program management, component and sub-system integration and qualification, product assurance, test, configuration management and logistics.
