- This is a presolicitation for a competitive action restricted to the following vendors: Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PSEMC), CAGE: 06331; and Chemring Energetic Devices, CAGE: 93455. The solicitation will be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) , on approximately June 20th, 2023.
