- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for assessing if and how border barrier system construction and installation may have affected the US-Mexico transboundary movements and population densities of large mammals inhabiting the border region of South Texas, United States. The period of performance will be from 6/13/2023 through 9/30/2027. This posting is referred to under Request for Proposals (RFP) Number 140F0S23R0016. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. This requirement is full and open and unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 813312 Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations with a business size standard of $19.5 Million.
