- TechConnect Support for Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Automation Hardware, The Dalles Lock and Dam Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: W9127N23Q0081 Agency: Department of the Army Office: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Location: USACE District, Portland Classification Code: DG01 � IT and Telecom - Network Support Services (Labor) NAICS Code: 541519 � Other Computer Related Services Solicitation Number:�W9127N23Q0081 Notice Type:�Special Notice Synopsis:�This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 �Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions� US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to negotiate/award a sole-source, contract with North Coast Electric Company (CAGE: 0R846). The purpose of this requirement is to purchase technical support services for Rockwell/Allen Bradley control hardware at The Dalles Lock and Dam. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and DFARS 206.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. The NAICS code is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $34.0M. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quote to the contracting officer before the notice end date. If no affirmative written responses are received by 02:00 PM Pacific Time on June 16, 2023, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Electronic responses and questions shall be submitted via email to jonathan.g.macadam@usace.army.mil.
