Description

This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source Award for Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) to Cherokee Nation Security & Defense, LLC, Fort Sill, Oklahoma Description THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a sole source bridge contract to Cherokee Nation Security & Defense, LLC, 10838 E Marshall Street, Tulsa, OK, 74116-5682. This requirement provides maintenance and repairs on all Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems on Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This system maintains over 430 ICIDS Alarm Systems to safeguard small arms facilities and classified information on the installation and conducts 24/7 alarm monitoring. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the Intrusion Detection System remains in maximum operational status through necessary maintenance and repair. This requirement shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, size standard $25 million. This proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with one source under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. This notice is of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received within seven (7) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered for the follow-on acquisition by the Government. A determination not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for the follow-on action.
