Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential sources which will aid in defining the procurement strategy (e.g., set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation the Department of Veterans Affairs intends on issuing shortly. The Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, 500 Foothill Drive, SLC, UT 84148 has a requirement for Commercially available off the shelf, print ready Promotional and Awareness items to provide educational information pertaining to Sexual assault and Domestic Violence within the Native American Population and the Native American Veteran Population. The description of the requirement is as follows: Items including but not limited to: Laminated Banners expanding to nearly 7 ft tall with Trauma informed content about Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence, Respect, Ways you can heal, Healthy relationships, Internet Safety, Sexual Assault. Banner pan with pull out banner that defiance a healthy relationship, and warning signs of unhealthy relationships, define sexual violence, ways to be a leader, Magnets with 25-50 multi cut out piece to create prevention and awareness messaging about Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault Lip Balm with customizable banner pull out to promote awareness of human trafficking and help line info Travel first aid kit with items specific to Domestic Violence safety Education wheel/slider: PVC wheel/slider rotates to reveal information related to Domestic Violence written specifically for military communities. Topics include Coercion and Threats, Intimidation, along with signs to watch for that may indicate someone is being abused, Power & Control, Consent, Military Sexual Trauma, Male on Male Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence & Minority Women Sexual Violence Awareness Banner, 3 panel desk top display that covers topics related to sexual Violence. Customizable Table throw with information on Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence. Totes with information on Sexual Assault Awareness, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault prevention card with phone holder Sexual Assault Awareness temporary tattoos Intimate Partner Violence awareness decals Pocket wallet card which defines the Continuum of Sexual Violence and ways to intervene, comes with microfiber cloth Hand sanitizer with various Awareness/Prevention themes including Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Human Trafficking phone wallet card or mini brochure with information on how to recognize Human trafficking Unisex T-Shirts with messages about Sexual violence, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women journal Pen/Highlighter with information about Healthy Relationships Prevention and Awareness messaging for Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence on the following items but not limited to: Hot/cold Pack, keychains, pens, cookies, mints, gum, backpacks, balloons, notepads, phone holders, neoprene coasters, mousepads, fans, water bottles, Bag Tags, Ribbon Magnets, Flag, Stress Ball, The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541890 is $16.5 million dollars. Responses Requested: The following questions must be answered in response to this Sources Sought. Answers that are not provided shall be considered non-responsive to the Sources Sought: a. Where are the requested items/equipment manufactured? These items must be compliant with the Buy American Act and Trade Agreement Act. Vendor must attach documentation of this information to be viewed by the government to be considered as part of the Market Research and responsiveness to this Sources Sought notice b. Are the requested items/equipment manufactured by a small or large business? Is the potential vendor in compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR)? Vendor must attach documentation of this to be viewed by the government to be considered as part of the Market Research and responsiveness to this Sources Sought notice c. Is the Vendor an authorized distributor with access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts which may be required in performance of this requirement? The VA does not accept grey market items and therefore the Vendor must attach evidence of this access (Authorized Distributor letter) to be viewed by the government to be considered as part of the Market Research and responsiveness to this Sources Sought notice. d.
