APPLIES, 30,000 LB LOAD TEST REQUIRED. Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 200 Days After Date of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation Release:� 14 June 2023 SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.� YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AS A SMALL BUSINESS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list.
