- THIS IS A�SOURCES SOUGHT�NOTICE FOR FTQW 19-1010, REPAIR CENTRAL HEAT & POWER PLANT AC-DC & UPS SYSTEM AT EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, ALASKA. The United States Air Force at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska is seeking to identify interested offerors qualified to construct an upgrade of AC-DC Essential Power System (EPS) along with Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) replacement at the Central Heat and Power Plant (CH&PP) on Eielson, AFB. Contractor work required includes completely preparing site(s) for the upgrade and replacement of AC-DC, EPS systems and UPS. This work includes the demolition and removal of existing structures and the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the required work. Construction work will be performed in accordance with Government Statement of Work documents, specifications, and drawings to be issued at a later date and time. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated price is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties will be required to respond to that solicitation announcement, separately from any responses provided to this announcement. No reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought posting, including any follow up information requests. The information requested for this Sources Sought post will be utilized within the Air Force to facilitate acquisition planning purposes and market research. All information gathered will not be disclosed to any party outside of the agency.
