This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. Contractor shall provide Toro 18765 Z Master Revolution 60 or equivalent to Battle Creek VA Medical Center. Zero Turn Lawn mower shall be considered equal if it has the following salient characteristics: The mowers will be used around patent buildings to cut down on noise pollution as well as exhaust emission. 1- General requirements - All day run time. - Adjustable deck. - 60inch deck. - deck motor breakaway. - adjustable blade speed. 2- Standard minimum factory options: - Suspension. - Cut height 1.5-5.5 - Digital speedometer. - Digital hour meter. - All day run time.
