Description

NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center � Frederick (SAC F), on behalf of the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), intends to negotiate with Harvard Business School, a large business, on a sole source basis, for the attendance of one (1) VA candidate, within the office of Software Product Management (SPM), to the Harvard Business School Leadership for the Senior Executives Program.� The VA requires graduate-level program that improves senior Executive�s decision-making and cross-functional skills by expanding the understanding of business operations and the global marketplace. The training will be held in person and made available through Harvard Business School, who is the single source for this in person program.� After completion of the training program, the candidate is eligible for the Certificate of Management Excellence. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $15 Million. This is a ""Notice of Intent"" this is NOT a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
