- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)�Flight Procedures & Aerospace Group, AFS-430�is conducting Sources Sought Market Survey seeking Interested and Capable Parties to�provide technical and management support for tasks identified in the draft SOW with timely delivery. The Contractor must:� Provide two (2) licenses for the GE NDBPP software for the Flight Procedures & Operations Group and one (1) license for the GE NDB Explorer Export Tool for the Flight Research and Analysis Group. The requirement is for a base year and 4 option years.(See the attached Draft Statement of Work for additional details) The results of this market survey will be used to determine the acquisition strategy in support of an award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement has yet to be determined.� All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information, or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from the industry in response to this Market�Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party's expense.� Response to this Market Survey:� Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA.� All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead. No type font less than 12-point may be used. Responses�should include a narrative describing the company's ability to provide the aforementioned license agreements as an authorized distributor. Responses must be received no later�than 3:30 P.M, Central Standard Time on June 1, 2023. The preferred method of response is to include:� The FAA prefers a capability statement to include Business Size, including any SBA socioeconomic designations (SDVOSB, 8(a), etc.), Point of Contact with phone number and email and all other submittals, including questions, be submitted electronically to the following email address: caridad.daniel@faa.gov and nia.glover@faa.gov. Please submit in a portable document format�(pdf); however, Microsoft Word is acceptable. Also, please include the company UEI number.� This is a market survey only and should not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of information or proposals to the Contracting Officer.
