- Notice Type: 0011916698 Sources Sought The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive a total 8(a) Set-Aside.� The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621910 Ambulance Services with a corresponding size standard of $22,500,000.00.� The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal services of experienced professional of 83 FTEs: 41 FTEs Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), 41 FTEs Paramedics, and 1 FTE Senior Level Paramedics that will serve as an On-Site Program Manager Services. This contract includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a ground ambulance emergency response and transport organization. Two-ambulance unit(s) at MEDCEN as well as six additional ambulance unit(s) at different locations within Fort Bliss, McAfee United States Army Health Clinic, and the Fort Bliss Operational Area � Ranges, Fort Bliss, Texas. The Contractor shall operationally staff eight (8) ground ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 or 366 days a year. The Period of Performance (POP) will be 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025; a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods until 31 March 2028 and should FAR Clause 52.217-8 be required the period of performance will be until 30 September 2028. Contractors responding to this source sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards.� The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.� Interested parties should e-mail responses to Vickie Drumming at vickie.v.drumming.civ@health.mil and Derek T.
