All resellers must provide an authorized distributor letter for this brand name products. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Brand Name only: The Buyer is allowing all Authorized Vendors and Manufacturer to submit bids for the items, provided the items meet all the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. All Authorized Vendors or Manufacturer MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered. The Buyer will evaluate items on the basis of information furnished by the Seller or identified in the bid and reasonably available to the Buyer. The Buyer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the Bid. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� This quote is being requested in a written solicitation. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423610 � Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, And Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers; the size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price, Purchase Order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. Requested Products The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests pricing for the brand name products listed below. The brand name listed are Corning,Five Oceans,� LockDown, MaxCell and Neptco. If vendor is providing a product, the item must contain all technical specifications included. A Brand Name Justification will be made available upon request If these descriptive(s) are not included in the submitted quote, the quote shall be considered �unresponsive�. Supplies or Services The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests open market pricing for the brand name products listed below, no substitutes. Shipping cost (within CONUS) is to be included in the vendor's pricing.
